I drink a lot of black coffee (espresso) and tea. I’ve been working out with the Nike Training Club app and soon I’ll be going back to yoga. I bike everywhere I can. I try to eat as much fruit as possible.

I pretty much live with my boyfriend and he eats for 15 (lucky bastard) so at home I cook vegan/paleo. So that means very little animal products (he eats cheese), asian or latin inspired dishes, no bread/wheat (I’ll make quinoa, beans, brown rice for ‘bulk’). And when he’s not around I just try not to eat much of anything.

Sorry, it isn’t. As of yet, there are no pictures of me up.

I wish I could tell you what they did to have such great results. I can only say stick with it and never give up. Incidentally, I also think the dates are wrong.
