Finished the WOD first today wooo.. Hardly an accomplishment as I’m nowhere near Rx but in due time, my friends, in due time. Already going up a weight on kettlebells.
Tomorrow, December 1st, I’m starting another Paleo challenge. I fell off the diet wagon for most of November with only a portion of my meals being low carb. The universe threw a huge chunk of bullshit my way but it’s either coming to an end or I have acclimatized and it’s time to stop making excuses.
Join me if you’d like. I’m going until Christmas officially but the goal is to try to stick with it as long and consistently as possible as we weather the storm that is this time of year.
